By a super majority vote, the community of Sebastian voted to support business development. The Sebastian City Council is proud to announce its new Economic Development Tax Incentives Program.  Sebastian tax incentives may be granted to companies creating 25 or more jobs here in Sebastian.

There may be additional local incentives available from Indian River County such as reduction in “impact fees” for new construction. The following lists possible tax/direct incentives available to new businesses establishing in Sebastian.
